自行车公寓
考虑到自行车在阿姆斯特丹非常受欢迎，第一个“自行车公寓” —— 自行车停车库 —— 将建在这里。当初由于附近改建施工所有自行车站都被移除，这个自行车停车库只是一个临时方案。而这个临时解决方案广受好评，所以就一直保存至今。
