马克西米利安纪念馆 是德国巴伐利亚州首府慕尼黑的一座建筑，自1949年开始这里也是巴伐利亚州议会的办公地点。马克西米利安纪念馆位于伊萨河畔，开始修建于1857年，在1874年竣工。建筑的立面原本计划为新哥特式风格，但后来改为文艺复兴式风格。1958年、1964年、1992年和2012年，马克西米利安纪念馆进行了扩建。
