巴伦西亚中央市场是西班牙巴伦西亚的一个公共市场，位于市中心的巴伦西亚丝绸交易厅和圣若望堂对面的布鲁华斯广场。巴伦西亚中央市场摊位位于市场内部，设于两条横竖交叉直线街道上。一共设为274个摊位，分配给肉店、杂货店、蔬果店、面包店和鱼店等。
