波斯波利斯

波斯波利斯，也译为波斯城，位于伊朗境内的设拉子东北60公里处，曾经是波斯帝国礼仪上的首都，该城的名字在古波斯语中的含义为“波斯人的城市”。这座城市在公元前331年被亚历山大大帝征服，所有木造部分被焚烧殆尽。此处在公元1979年被联合国列入世界文化遗产。
