Wat Sene Souk Haram

This 18th-century monastery is beautifully decorated in typical Thai style - note its maroon walls with gold decorations, richly embellished windows and intricate roof. Inside, there is a large Buddha statue and several statues of venerated monks. The whole complex contains several shrines and chapels and monks' living quarters. It's a real feast for the eyes - do not miss this gem.
