Terreiro de Jesus

A historic site of religious celebrations, the square is surrounded by four churches and in its center, it boasts a fountain with a statue of the Roman goddess of agriculture and fertility. The square is always full of people, from vendors trying to sell their goods under the shade of the palms to tourists exploring the historical buildings.
