The tower stands approximately 58.7 meters tall and is constructed with a steel lattice framework, inspired by the Eiffel Tower. It was built in 1891 and serves as a historic landmark with significant cultural value. Located on a prominent hill, it provides panoramic views of the surrounding city and region from its observation deck.
The structure includes exhibits about its own history and is accessible to persons with disabilities. It is part of a larger park area that also features attractions such as the Mirror Maze. The tower is open to the public and requires an entrance ticket for access.
