Cloud Gate is a large public sculpture created by Anish Kapoor and completed in 2006. The sculpture is made of highly polished stainless steel plates that form a seamless, mirror-like surface, reflecting the city skyline and surroundings. It has a distinctive bean-like shape, sometimes referred to as The Bean, and stands approximately 10 meters tall.

The sculpture is located in Millennium Park and is fully accessible, including wheelchair access. Its reflective surface and unique form create an interactive experience through visual distortion and panoramic reflections. The artwork is open to the public and is a prominent example of contemporary urban art.

Designed to engage with the environment and architecture around it, the sculpture offers numerous photographic opportunities due to its polished, curved surface. The installation is a significant modern art landmark created by the Indian-British artist Anish Kapoor and serves as an icon of contemporary sculpture.
