Victory Column

The monument commemorates German military victories and is distinguished by a tall column topped with a bronze statue known as Viktoria, symbolizing victory. It was created in 1873 and stands prominently at the Großer Stern in the Tiergarten. The structure features reliefs that honor historical battles and victories.

An observation deck is accessible by climbing 285 steps, providing panoramic views of the surrounding Tiergarten, Schloss Bellevue, and the broader cityscape. The monument combines historical significance with notable architectural and artistic elements, including the gilded statue at its summit.
