The structure stands 150 meters tall and is designed as a giant frame highlighting the city's skyline. Created by Hyder Consulting, the building exemplifies modernist architecture and serves as a monument to urban transformation. It is located within a public park and is equipped with air conditioning and wheelchair accessibility to accommodate diverse visitors.
