Santa Chiara

The complex includes a church, monastery, royal tombs, and a museum, reflecting its multifaceted historical and religious significance. Constructed between 1310 and 1340 on top of Roman ruins, the site exhibits a blend of Gothic and Baroque architectural styles, with frescoes and a majolica-decorated cloister as prominent features.
