This traditional boatyard has been operational since the 1700s, focusing on the building and maintenance of gondolas and other small traditional boats. It features a unique architectural style resembling mountain chalets along the canal. Known as one of the oldest and most famous gondola workshops, it continues to function as a cultural heritage site. The workshop provides insight into the authentic craftsmanship of Venetian boatmaking, with artisans actively engaged in their work. Occasionally, guided tours are offered to reveal the detailed processes and history behind gondola construction and repair.
