Jet d'Eau

The fountain features a powerful water jet that soars 140 meters into the air, making it one of the tallest fountains in the world. It was inaugurated in 1891 and has since become a prominent landmark representing the city. Situated on Quai Gustave-Ador, the fountain is visible from many parts of the city and offers scenic views of Lake Geneva and the Alps.
