Admission
The museum houses a vast collection of artworks from ancient Greece, Rome, and Egypt, as well as European art including French impressionist and Danish Golden Age paintings. Its neoclassical architecture was designed by Vilhelm Dahlerup and includes a distinctive winter garden. The collection features notable sculptures by Auguste Rodin alongside a wide range of paintings and artifacts that span from antiquity to modern times. The building is a designated cultural heritage site and incorporates modern amenities such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and public toilets. Payment methods include debit and credit cards, and it accepts the Copenhagen Card.
