Zattere Promenade

The promenade extends approximately 1.5 kilometers along the canal, offering views of notable landmarks such as the church of Santissimo Redentore. It is lined with numerous bars, restaurants, and gelaterias, many with outdoor seating overlooking the water. The area has historical significance as a former point of arrival for salt cargo and balsas, with important buildings including the former salt warehouses known as Magazzini del Sale. The promenade is a well-known spot for strolling and relaxing, especially during spring and summer months.
