The Kuželov Windmill is a rare example of a Dutch-type stone tower mill, constructed in 1842. The structure features a cone-shaped stone body topped with a revolving shingle roof and four wings. Its internal grinding mechanism follows the traditional Czech composition and remains in functional condition. After ceasing operations in 1946, the site was acquired by the Technical Museum in Brno in the 1970s, undergoing a full restoration before opening to the public in 1977.

The site functions as a museum exhibit showcasing milling history and life in the Horňácko region. Adjacent to the mill, an open-air museum is housed in former farm buildings. These displays include traditional highlander housing and farming equipment from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, as well as specialized miller's tools. A modern wind power plant, erected in 1990, is situated in the vicinity of the historical monument.
