Universal's Islands of Adventure

The perfect place for adventure seekers and thrill ride lovers, Universal's Islands of Adventure ranks as one of the best theme parks in the world.

The park consists of eight theme islands: Port of Entry, Marvel Super Hero Island, Toon Lagoon, Skull Island, Jurassic Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, The Lost Continent, and Seuss Landing.

The Port of Entry is a "hub" with restaurants, hotel and various stalls, where you can take a break from the rollercoasters. One of the most popular rides in the Marvel Island is The Incredible Hulk with its 65mph (truly incredible) speed. There is also The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man 3D simulator ride that pulls you into one of this superhero's stories. Another popular island is the World of Harry Potter, where you can take numerous rides inspired by this character, or have a shopping experience in the Ollivander's wand shop.

You should prepare for long queues for the rollercoaster, especially the thrill rides. The park has its own app, where you can check how long the waiting time is. Before you go on a ride, be sure to empty your pockets and put everything into lockers, you might not be allowed to go unless you do that.
