One half of the Guangzhou Twin Towers, it is the 24th tallest building in the world, completed in 2010. As of March 2018, it is the world's tallest building with a roof-top helipad, at 439 m high. Construction of the building, designed by WilkinsonEyre, broke ground in December 2005, and was completed in 2010. The building is used as a conference center, hotel and office building.
