The complex includes large-scale aquariums that represent major marine ecosystems, hosting more than 45,000 specimens across various species including sharks, dolphins, penguins, beluga whales, and walruses. It is part of the City of Arts and Sciences and showcases innovative architecture designed by Santiago Calatrava and Félix Candela. The facility combines aquarium and marine science museum elements, offering guided tours, educational activities, and multimedia presentations focused on marine ecology and conservation.
