Rajpath

This lustrous, ceremonial boulevard is the pride of Delhi. With plenty of sights around it, as well as the famous India Gate at its eastern end, it is a must-visit for every tourist in the city.

The name of the boulevard translates as King's road. It holds great value for the locals, too. The funeral processions of India's most revered politicians traditionally start here.

Best time to take a stop at Rajpath is at the Republic Day, which is on the 26th of January. The entire boulevard becomes the site of an amazing parade then.
